CeraTek Dental Lab is a crown and bridge laboratory located in Oceanside, New York. Over the years we have made thousand of restorations and cosmetic cases. We employ state of the art technology and only the highest skilled technicians to ensure top quality on every case. Our newest addition is the KaVo Everest CAD/CAM System. We are one of the first two laboratories in New York that own an Everest System. Our laboratory has been involved with CAD/CAM technology for over two years. We have produced over 1,500 zirconia restorations during this period of time. CeraTek Dental Lab is proud to offer you Zirconia YZ, IPS e.max, Titanium, C-Temp and All Porcelain Restorations. Zirconia YZ substructures can be fabricated in six different colors to maximize aesthetics. KaVo Everest mills implant abutments, crowns, copings and multiple unit bridges. KaVo Everest uses supported five axis milling technology for the ultimate precision and a perfect fit every time. Since the material being milled is invested in a special plastic material, there is minimal stress being applied to the material being milled, therefore reducing the chances of failure.
